Club closures due to Coronavirus
In the light of latest Government guidance on Coronavirus (issued 20 March) all Ishinryu clubs operating in the UK are now closed.
Training in the Dojo is suspended until Government guidelines are relaxed AND until the club believes it is safe for our students to train together again.
In the meantime please take advantage of on-line classes and other resources that have been made available.
See Ishinryu.net for more detail.
The March Pre-Grading Course is now cancelled.
After careful consideration, and taking into account latest Government guidelines, we have decided to cancel the Pre-Grading course scheduled for March 22nd.
At this time we plan to go ahead with the General Grading on Sunday 5th April.
The requirement to attend a Pre Grading course prior to General Grading will be waived on this occasion. If you are hoping to Grade on April 5th, please inform your club instructor so that he or she can pass your details on.
All Ishinryu Dojos in the UK are currently closed due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
This has been the case since March 20th. Ishinryu Dojos will remain closed until Government guidelines allow us to resume training. Please check here, and on our Facebook Group, for updates.
Please try and maintain contact with your club and club instructor during this enforced shut-down.
Some clubs will arrange training programmes and advice for maintaining your training and fitness while away from the Dojo. You are encouraged to follow these programmes where available.
Maintaining your fitness and focus is just as important, if not more so, during these difficult times. .
All events, including the Pre Grading Course on Sunday March 22, are to be held as planned.
